The rules.

The challenger emails the person he or she wants to play to arrange a match. If a player declines inform PBReview. When a player has declined three consecutive matches or three matches in one month they are removed from the ladder and must request to be placed at the bottom of the ladder. A player doe not have to play more than once per week.

Race to 9  in 8-Ball or 9-Ball The match is played at the person who is challenged preferred place unless other arrangements are made.

Winner emails results to PB Review and takes the lower number position on the ladder. The loser moves to the challenger's position.

Until we have more than 10 players you can challenge anyone on the ladder. After there are ten players a person who is challenged does not have to accept any challenge from a person more than two steps down the ladder.
